At Artire Company, we are committed to providing safe and transparent shipping services. Our products are now shipped directly from our international suppliers, allowing us to offer more competitive prices without compromising on quality.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as other European countries.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process and will be displayed before completing your order. In many cases, shipping is free or low-cost thanks to our agreements with suppliers.

3. Delivery Times

Products are shipped directly from overseas warehouses, mainly located in Asia. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands): 7 to 15 business days

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 15 to 30 business days

  • Rest of Europe: 12 to 25 business days

4. Shipping Process

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package at any time.

5. Partial Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, you may receive them in separate packages on different dates, as they may come from different warehouses.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • In exceptional cases, delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, logistical issues, etc.).

7. Customs Duties and Taxes

All orders are subject to the customs regulations of the destination country. In most cases, no additional charges are incurred, but if any apply, they will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Changes to the Shipping Address

If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@artirecompany.com. We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee it if the order has already been processed.
