Returns and Refund Policy
At Artire Company, we are committed to offering high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please review our returns and refund policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your product, under the following conditions:
✅ The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with intact packaging.
✅ All original accessories and tags must be included.
✅ Proof of purchase must be provided.
❌ We do not accept returns of personalized items.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
In the case of defective or incorrect products, the refund will include shipping costs.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for another, please email us at info@artirecompany.com within 15 days of your purchase. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4. Exceptions
We do not accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
❌ Products damaged due to misuse or customer negligence.
❌ Items without original packaging or with missing parts.
❌ Sale or final clearance items.
5. Shipping Costs
